Brad is right. Consoles are generally "closed" platforms. This means that
you are supposed to use expensive development tools that come from the
console manufacturer. Of course, there are people who hack and reverse
engineer consoles. I've found a bunch of stuff but I don't really have the
time to get into this sort of thing.
However, Sega Dreamcast announced that they will have a web browser that
supports Java. This means that you will be able to play the online version
of Broomsticks on a Dreamcast. I'll have to look into this...
Still, Brad, I'm interested in the program that you mentioned.
