A large rear-projected VisDuo-SX was installed at the visitor center at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The system features a 10’x7.5′ rear-projection screen and Ascension tracking for both the head and wand.
The exhibit will include interactive 3D visualizations of Hurricane Katrina simulations as well as other terrain, oceanographic, and metereological applications. This content will be provided by the High Performance Visualization Center at Stennis, headed by Conrad Johnson.
