Announcement! – a VisBox-HD6 will be featured in a curated exhibit titled “Speculative Data and Creative Imaginary” at the National Academy of Science in Washington, DC. A large rear-projected VisDuo-SX was installed at the visitor center at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The system features a 10’x7.5′ rear-projection screen and Ascension tracking for both the head and wand. The exhibit will include interactive 3D visualizations of Hurricane Katrina simulations as well as other terrain, oceanographic, and metereological applications.
